I'm Fernando Possebon, a Senior DevOps Engineer and Cloud Architect based in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Currently serving as CTO for three technology companies, I bring 15+ years of experience designing highly available systems, optimizing database performance, and leading infrastructure transformations.
My career spans from IT Manager at a 700-employee industrial company (managing systems supporting R$250M annual revenue) to founding and scaling startups like Entrada Segura and Kennis.
